Terms & Conditions
1. RATES & ACCOMMODATION

All rates are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Prices are charged per property, per night. Rates cover accommodation only. For information on guest capacity, please contact hello@bangala.com.au.
Rates may vary depending on availability and seasonal adjustments.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT TERMS
​
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
-
Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late check-outs without prior approval incur a $100 per hour fee)
As a boutique destination, cancellations impact us significantly. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. Bangala accepts all major credit cards.
Cash is not accepted at Bangala.

3. CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
​
Single Room Reservations:

Cancellations or date changes are permitted up to 14 days before arrival.

After this period, deposits are non-refundable.

If cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival, a credit valid for 12 months will be issued.
All amendments must be confirmed in writing via hello@bangala.com.au.

4. NOISE POLICY & GUEST CONDUCT STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
Bangala is dedicated to providing a peaceful, restorative environment. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Noise restrictions:

8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Low volume only
-
9:30 PM – 10:00 AM: Strict no-noise policy
Please respect neighbouring properties and fellow guests. Amplified music is not permitted on balconies or in communal areas. Music within shared spaces is managed solely by Bangala staff. Guests who disregard noise policies may be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
5. GUEST & VISITOR POLICIES

Each guest may host one visitor during designated hours (prior approval required for additional guests)

Visitors must leave the property by 9 PM
6. PROPERTY USE & MAINTENANCE
​
Bangala is set on expansive grounds that require ongoing maintenance such as gardening and repairs. Minimal disruptions may occasionally occur.
​
Wildlife:
The property is home to native animals, including snakes. Please respect all wildlife and notify staff if needed.
Bangala is not responsible for injury, illness, or death caused by wildlife or domestic animals.
Private Events:
Bangala may host photoshoots, small events, or property tours for potential private bookings. Some areas may be temporarily unavailable; we will advise guests where possible.

Community Events:
Guests may be invited to occasional community-style gatherings or curated experiences hosted at Bangala. Advance notice will be provided, and guests may choose whether to participate. On event nights, regular dining options may vary or be included as part of the event ticket.

7. POOL AREA & COMMUNAL SPACES

Pool Hours:

Spring/Summer: 10 AM – 6 PM

Autumn/Winter: 10 AM – 4 PM
Pool Guidelines:
-
Complimentary access for in-house guests
-
Open to local visitors during designated paid access periods
-
No personal speakers or music (all music curated by Bangala team)
-
No glass permitted in the pool area
-
The pool is unsupervised—use at your own risk
-
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

8. OPENING HOURS & ACCESS
​
Communal Spaces:
-
Spring/Summer: 7 AM – 9 PM
-
Autumn/Winter: 7 AM – 7 PM
Some areas, such as lounges or wellness spaces, may be locked after hours. Emergency contact information is available onsite.
9. FAMILY & PET POLICY
Children:
-
Children under 12 are not permitted in certain areas after 4 PM due to licensing requirements.
-
Parents must supervise children at all times, particularly near the pool, dam, and wellness areas.
Dogs:
-
Well behaved dogs are welcome in designated accommodation with prior approval and a $150 fee.
-
Dogs must be non aggressive and remain leashed in shared spaces.
10. ALCOHOL & BYO POLICY
Bangala is a licensed venue.??? BYO alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property. Wine and beer are available for purchase through Bangala’s hospitality offerings.

11. SMOKING POLICY
Bangala is a strictly smoke free property. Smoking anywhere onsite will incur a full night's accommodation charge.
Any false fire alarm triggered by smoking will result in guests covering fire brigade call-out costs.

13. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY
​
Guests assume all risks associated with natural terrain, wildlife, and outdoor areas.
Bangala is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Guests are liable for any damage or missing items during their stay; repair or replacement fees will be charged to the card on file.
Bangala reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
14. COMPLAINTS

Any issues should be reported to Bangala staff immediately. Unresolved matters must be submitted in writing within 14 days of departure.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
​
Bangala is not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including:

Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Pandemics
-
Severe weather
In such cases, we will assist with rescheduling, although refunds cannot be guaranteed.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Confirming a reservation indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Lockouts & Lost Keys

A $75 fee applies for replacement keys.
